We are delighted to be able to once again bring the industry together face to face this year. To keep everyone as safe as possible, we will be operating our own Covid-19 safety procedures, working carefully with the Hilton Birmingham Metropole and in line with Government guidance and regulations.

Customer Safety

Please rest assured, we are working closely with the venue so you and your guests can enjoy the best of the live awards experience. The Hilton Birmingham Metropole has hosted numerous events in the Palace suite and has Covid-19 protocols that exceed recommendations including those relating to hygiene, ventilation, and sanitization.

We ask that you support us by following these conditions as part of your registration process:

Please:

  • To enter the event, we require you show evidence of a negative lateral flow test taken within 24 hours of arrival either on your NHS Covid pass or via NHS text/email message.
  • To record your result please visit:¬†www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result.
  • We will also accept evidence of natural immunity via a positive PCR test, in your NHS Covid pass, lasting 90 days from the date of the positive test and following completion of the self-isolation period.
  • Do not travel or attend if you are feeling unwell, have a temperature or any cold/Covid symptoms, or have been in close contact with anyone that has had a positive test within the previous 5 days
  • Do not travel or attend in breach of government track and trace guidelines at the time of the event¬†www.gov.uk/coronavirus.
  • We will supply a record of all attendees for track and trace if required.
  • We ask visitors to make use of additional anti-bac provisions and ensure regular hand washing.
  • The space will be well ventilated and we ask that people respect social distancing where possible.
  • Please feel free to wear a facemask if you wish to do so.

In addition, all WWT staff will be checked for a negative covid lateral flow test within 24 hours of the event.
